Danco Electrical Contractors, Inc was contacted by a national hotel chain to perform complete renovation of lights, outlets, and equipment according to specifications of its international reputation. The project included the renovation of 350 guest rooms, all restaurants and bars, and all meeting rooms and lobbies throughout the hotel.
Challenges:
The key challenge, with a 90 day, fast tract project, was coordination and staging. In this regard, Danco crews worked in rotating shifts, 24 x 7, to accommodate the work of other trades and to ensure all occupied spaces met exacting standards for quality and conformity.
